WP3 organizes and supervises the magnet procurement process. First, it will define the strategy (organization, resources, planning) and establish all tendering documents for the purchase of all magnets’ components. A selection committee will then choose the firm that will produce the magnets based on the technical experience, the availability and the history of respecting planning of the firm. It will finally issue the acceptance of the delivered magnets after stringent quality and performance tests, in collaboration with ALBA-CELLS for the dipoles.
